MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin women's basketball team will spend Thanksgiving in Florida, competing in the 2025 Daytona Beach Classic, as announced by Coast 2 Coast Women's Basketball. The event is set for November 28–29, 2025, at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The Badgers are part of a competitive field that also features Boston College, George Mason, James Madison, Murray State, and Ole Miss.

Wisconsin opens tournament play on Friday, November 28, against Ole Miss at approximately 3 p.m. (CT). The Badgers return to action on Saturday, November 29, to face James Madison at approximately 12:30 p.m. (CT). The complete event schedule includes:

James Madison vs. Boston College - 10 a.m.
Murray State vs. George Mason - 12:30 p.m.
Ole Miss vs. Wisconsin - 3 p.m.

Saturday, November 29
Boston College vs. Murray State - 10 a.m.
Wisconsin vs. James Madison - 12:30 p.m.
George Mason vs. Ole Miss - 3 p.m.

This will be the second all-time meeting between Wisconsin and Ole Miss. The programs first met on Nov. 26, 2016, in Las Vegas, where the Lady Rebels earned a 69-44 win. Wisconsin and James Madison will be meeting for the first time in program history.

This marks Wisconsin's first appearance in the Daytona Beach Classic.
