Accessible Drop off Locations
Camp Randall
Accessible drop-offs can be made at the corner of Regent Street and Breese Terrace; University Avenue and Breese Terrace, and on Monroe Street near Gate 1. Golf carts and wheelchairs can be requested from Guest Services staff for transportation to a seating area in the stadium.
Kohl Center
Accessible drop-offs can be made directly in front of the Kohl Center on Dayton Street.

Wheelchair escorts and Assistive Listening Devices are available at all Kohl Center and Camp Randall Events.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available at both the Kohl Center and Camp Randall. Please located a Guest Services Representative or go to the Guest Services Office to obtain and Assistive Listening Device.
ATMs
Kohl Center
ATMs are located by Section 112 near Gate C and at Section 122 by Gate B on the Kohl Concourse.
Camp Randall
There are four ATMs located throughout the stadium:
- Across from the entrance to Bucky's Locker Room just inside Gate 1
- On the ground level just inside Gate 10
- On the 3rd level at Section K
- Inside the Fieldhouse (only available to Fieldhouse Tailgaters or for Fieldhouse Events)
Bike Valet
Bike Valet Program is available on the Missing Link Bike Path behind the UW Credit Union on Monroe Street for all Badger home football games. It is open two hours before kickoff and an hour after the conclusion of the game.

Camera/Photography Policy
Cameras, including those with detachable lenses of 100 MM or less, are allowed at athletic department events. Monopods and tripods are not allowed. Video recording devices are also prohibited at UW Athletic Department events.
Images are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes and may not be re-sold without the express consent of the University of Wisconsin. Guests found to be using images for any commercial purpose or found to be re-selling pictures will be asked by the University of Wisconsin to cease and desist from using the images for commercial purposes which may be against NCAA bylaws.
Cameras may or may not be allowed at special events (i.e., concerts) and is determined by the show; please contact Guest Services for individual performance information at (608)263-5645 or contactus@uwbadgers.com.
Chairbacks
Badger Seat Cushions are available to purchase for Season Ticket Holders for $49. Please call the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office with any questions or concerns. For customer service questions after July 31, please call (800)501-9852.
Kohl Kushions are available for Men's and Women's Basketball as well as Men's Hockey. Call the UW Athletic Ticket Office with any questions or concerns. For customer service questions after August 31, please call (877)799-0967.
Closed Captioning
Closed Captioning is available at all Badger home football games.
Family Restrooms
The Kohl Center
Breastfeeding can be done in one of the Family Restrooms, which are located by Sections 105, 111, 119, 125, 201, 215 and 228. Guest Services will provide a chair for the woman needing assistance. There is also changing stations in each of the Family Restrooms.
Camp Randall
Family restrooms are located on the east side 5th level concourse near Sections P/Q, in the south end zone concourse near Section Y3 and on the west side 3rd level concourse near Sections C and G. There is also changing stations in each of the Family Restrooms.
Breastfeeding
Camp Randall provides a private breastfeeding rooms for women needing to breast feed during the game. Please contact Guest Services Staff Member or call 608-265-8676 on gameday to be escorted to this location.
Fan Code of Conduct
Fan courtesy is an important element of enjoyment at all Wisconsin Athletic Events. Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and throwing objects) may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges. First Aid Locations
The Kohl Center
The UW Health First Aid Station is located across from Section 117.
Camp Randall
UW Health First Aid Stations are located in the upper deck at Section FF, in the fifth level concourse behind section T, and under section YZ in the south end zone concourse. In the event of a medical emergency, immediately go to First Aid or notify a security guard, usher, police officer or paramedic in your area.
Gate / Doors Open Times
Camp Randall
- Gates for General Public open 1.5 hours prior to scheduled kickoff time for all Badger home football games
- Premium Suite Entrances open 2 hours prior to scheduled kickoff time for all Badger home football games
- Student Gate opens 2 hours prior to scheduled kickoff time for all Badger home football games
Kohl Center
- Gates for General Public open 1.5 hours prior to scheduled event time for men's basketball and hockey. Gates for General Public open 1 hour prior to scheduled event time for women's basketball.Â
- Premium Seating Entrance opens 1.5 hours prior to scheduled event time
- Student Gate opens 1.5 hours prior to scheduled event time for men's basketball and hockey. Student Gate opens 1 hour prior to scheduled event for women's basketball.
Lactation Stations
Lactation Stations are available at both the Kohl Center and Camp Randall Stadium. Please visit the Guest Service Office at the respective facility to be provided access to these areas.
Lap Seat Policy
The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department requires all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket. The Wisconsin Athletic Department will allow one lap child without charge when attending an event with a paying ticketed adult. The Athletic Department defines a lap child as any child less than 2 years of age. The child must be seated on the lap of the accompanying adult. Car seats are not allowed in the UW Athletic Facilities.
Levy Restaurants
Levy Restaurants operates concessions at all UW Athletic Department facilities on the UW Campus. Facilities include Camp Randall Stadium, Kohl Center, UW Fieldhouse, LaBahn Arena, Goodman Diamond, and the McClimon Track and Soccer Complex. Re-Entry Policy
The Wisconsin Athletic Department has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return. If there is an emergency please contact Guest Services or the nearest usher.
Service Animals
All service animals are welcome. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an accessible seat is required to accommodate your service animal. Service animal handlers are reminded that they must have full control of their service animal, whether using a harness, leash, tether, or an alternative effective means of control.
Pets are not permitted at the any University of Wisconsin Athletic Facility or Event.
Smoking Policy
University of Wisconsin Athletic Facilities including Camp Randall Stadium and the Kohl Center are a smoke-free facility as required by Wisconsin State Law. For the health and comfort of all guests and employees, smoking is prohibited inside all areas of the facilities, including entry gates, concourses, seating areas, restrooms, and all suites and club seats. There are no designated smoking areas at the facilities, nor is exit and re-entry permitted for smoking. This policy also applies to smokeless and electronic cigarettes. Guests who fail to comply with the policy may be subject to ejection from the stadium.

Tours
To request a Camp Randall Stadium Tour or a Kohl Center/LaBahn Arena Tour, please call (608) 263-5645 or fill out the on-line tour request form. Tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
Wheelchair
For events at the Kohl Center:
The drop-off location for persons with accessible needs is located in Lot 87, west of the Kohl Center, by the Nicholas Johnson Pavilion.
Pre-game and post-game, Guest Services staff provide wheelchair services inside the Kohl Center and to and from the drop-off location.
For events at Camp Randall:
Patrons with accessible needs may utilize golf cart service from the drop-off locations (1) on Monroe street, near the southeast corner of Camp Randall Stadium, at Gate 1; (2) at the corner of Regent Street and Breese Terrace; (3) at the corner of University Avenue and Breese Terrace; and (4) at the Lot 17 parking ramp.
