MADISON, WIS.- Basketball is headed to West Lafayette to take on Purdue in their second Big Ten match-up, first on the road.
Here are five things to know before tip-off on New Year's Eve.

Rutgers Recap: The Badgers fell to the Scarlet Knights 61-64 in their first Big Ten match-up of the season on Saturday, Dec. 28.

Steady Rising: After making an entrance to the top ten for career assists, senior
Kendra Van Leeuwen has been climbing the charts. After recording two assists in the game against Rutgers, she is now in seventh place with 374 career assists.

Seeing Double: Sophomore
Imani Lewis recorded a double-double against Rutgers with 17 points and 12 rebounds. This marks her ninth career double-double, fourth of this season. On the topic of doubles, the Badgers had two other players in double-digits for points. Senior

Purdue Preview: The Boilermakers are 10-3 for the season, most recently winning at Ohio State 66-50 for their Big Ten opener. Standout player, Ae'Rianna Harris has been named to the Women's Citizen Naismith watch list, the Lisa Leslie Award watch list, the Wade Trophy watch list, Preseason All-Big Ten and is ranked 24th nationally by ESPNW. The senior forward leads the team with an average of 6.7 rebounds and 3.2 blocks. She is joined by Karissa McLaughlin to lead the team with an average of 11.8 ppg.Â

Wisconsin will return home after Purdue to host Penn State on Saturday, Jan. 4.
