We understand that our student-athletes are whole human beings with complex and busy lives who are highly motivated to succeed.
Having easy-to-access, high-quality sport psychology and mental health services often plays a vital role for student-athletes during their time at Wisconsin.
Here are some common reasons that student-athletes connect with us: stress and anxiety, depression, relationships, identity, and sport performance.
