CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Wisconsin men's rowing team raced across the Charles River to start the 2024-25 season today. The crew took part in the Head of the Charles Regatta, the world's largest multi day rowing event, founded in 1965.
Wisconsin placed 26th out of 30 boats for the championship eight race. The Badgers finished with a time of 14:53.174. The winning boat from Cambridge University won with a time of 13:46.333.
The men's championship four boat from Wisconsin placed 16th out of 18 teams.
Up Next: The Badgers travel to Lake Carnegie for the Princeton Chase on November 3rd.Â
