MADISON, Wis. — Coming off a 60-54 road win at Rutgers last Friday, Wisconsin will enjoy a pair of home games this week beginning Wednesday against Northwestern before hosting No. 15 Ohio State on Saturday.

The Badgers are 24-2 at the Kohl Center over the last two seasons, which includes wins in 17 of their last 18 games.

Wisconsin has won 19 of the last 24 games against Northwestern (including four straight wins).

THE STARTING FIVE

1) RESUME BUILDING: At the halfway point of the season, the Badgers are building an impressive resume. UW is 3-1 against AP Top-25 teams. The Badgers have six wins over teams in the KenPom top 50, the most in the country.

2) NET GAINS: UW is 7-3 in Quad 1 and Quad 2 games this season according to the NET rankings. The Badgers' seven Quad 1/2 wins are tied for the most in the nation.

3) NO PLACE LIKE HOME: Over the last 15 seasons, UW is 142-27 (.840) in Big Ten home games, the best mark in the conference. The Badgers are 70-16 (.814) under Gard at the Kohl Center.

4) VALUE EACH POSSESSION: Wisconsin leads the Big Ten allowing only 62.1 points per game this season, while also ranked second in field goal percentage defense. Offensively, the Badgers turn the ball over just 8.4 times per game, ranked third in the country.

5) BALANCED BADGERS: Wisconsin has five players averaging 9.4+ points per game this season and all five have hit double-digit 3-pointers and are shooting better than 75 percent from the free throw line.
