Badgers to compete in 2026 Baha Mar Championship

MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin men's basketball will head to Nassau, Bahamas, this fall to compete in the 2026 Baha Mar Championship at the Baha Mar Convention, Arts & Entertainment Center. Event promoter bdG Sports officially announced the tournament field on Thursday, which features the Badgers alongside Seton Hall, NC State, and Murray State.
Wisconsin opens tournament play against Seton Hall on Thursday, Nov. 19, at 7:30 p.m. CT on CBS Sports Network. NC State and Murray State tip off the opening game at 5 p.m. CT. Action concludes on Friday, Nov. 20, with the consolation game at 6 p.m. CT followed by the championship match at 8:30 p.m. CT.

VIP packages and general admission tickets go on sale Monday, Aug. 24, at 10 a.m. CT (11 a.m. ET). Baha Mar Championship History
Past tournament champions include Louisville (2021), UCF (2022), Miami (2023), Tennessee (2024), and Purdue (2025). The last two tournament winners—Tennessee and Purdue—each leveraged their November success in Nassau into 30-win seasons and Elite Eight appearances in the NCAA Tournament.
