Quotable
"Unless you're down there on the floor and right behind the end line, it's probably hard to appreciate just how good of a serving team we went up against tonight. I thought our passers were absolutely fantastic in battling these guys. It's an onslaught for six rotations and I thought our passers were really up for the challenge and did a great job and obviously it was a really nice match for
Lauryn Gillis. I thought she did a great job of going high hands and taking what the defense was giving her; coming in for some rips and hitting some goes and hitting line and cross court and into the seam."
-Head coach
Kelly Sheffield
"When you say possessed I feel like I'm not myself but tonight I felt like myself. So in that regard, I feel like I've been possessed this whole season and tonight was just me. I've told the team that I've felt this coming. Hopefully I'll keep this going and ride this out."
