Felix joined the Badgers in early 2023 as the Director of Football Student Services after two-plus years at Baylor University. In her role, Felix is responsible for planning and managing the transition of players into and out of the program, evaluating prospective recruits’ academics, developing programs for the holistic development of players, serving as a liaison with Badger Built units, supporting team travel logistics, and collaborating with Director of Operations John Richter on football operations.

Before her current position, Monique held the role of Associate Director of Football Operations at Baylor University, where she contributed to improving player accountability and academic achievement through data analysis and strategic collaboration with coaching staff. Her initiatives in program development included player recognition and culture-building efforts. Earlier in her time at Baylor, she served as the Character Formation Coordinator working with 8 sports programs. She oversaw the career and leadership development pillars of the Baylor Built program, planning and executing 22 hours of Leadership Programs and 11 hours of Career Development programs in Fall 2021.

Felix began her career at Baylor when she served as an Operations Assistant for the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE). She assisted Marcus Sedberry in day-to-day administrative operations of the SACE and in his duties as a sport administrator for Football and Track and Field.

The Sheboygan, Wisconsin native graduated with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Marquette University in 2019 and completed her Master’s of Education in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota in 2020. She competed on the Track and Field Team in the Heptathlon at both institutions.
