Off the Field with Derya Kelter

Why did you choose the University of Wisconsin?: The better question is, why would I NOT choose the University of Wisconsin.
What does it mean to be a Badger?: Honestly, this is hard to put it words. There have been songs written about it, there have been books written about, and there have been t-shirts printed about it. But when it comes down to it: only a Badger knows what it's really like to be a Badger. And once you go Badger, you never go back.

Is there something significant about your uniform number?: It's actually kind of a funny story, when I was younger I wanted to just number 1, but that's a goalies number, so the only thing better than one 1, is two ones... So I chose 11. I kind of look at it as being first place twice ;)
