SEATTLE, Wash. – The No. 15 Wisconsin women's soccer team fell 1-0 to No. 17 Washington on Sunday afternoon.
How it Happened
First Half
The opening 45 minutes were a defensive battle for both sides.
Washington broke through in the 53rd minute, converting a penalty kick for the lone goal of the match.
The Badgers close out their regular season on the road at Northwestern on Sunday, Oct. 26. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. (CT), and the match will stream live on B1G+.

Jadea Collin made a key block off a Husky corner to keep the game scoreless heading into halftime.
Second HalfWashington broke through in the 53rd minute, converting a penalty kick for the lone goal of the match.
The Badgers continued to search for the equalizer but were unable to capitalize.
Wisconsin led the match in corner kicks, 6–4.
The Badgers remain third in the Big Ten standings as they head into the final match of the regular season.
