Why Wisconsin?
"Being from Wisconsin, I grew up watching all Badger sports. Both my parents and my siblings went to school here and my mom played basketball here as well. The University of Wisconsin has always been a part of my family and when choosing my school, it was a very easy decision."
Â
Head coach Jonathan Tsipis says:
“Kara is a versatile wing who finished her high school career helping lead Beaver Dam High School to a Wisconsin state championship and undefeated season. Kara is following in her mom’s footsteps as a member of the Wisconsin women’s basketball program."
Â
What do you love most about being a Badger?
"That I can represent my home state while playing the game I love."
