Tripp joined the Badgers’ strength and conditioning staff in 2023 after one season at Cincinnati as an assistant director of football strength and conditioning.
On staff with the Bearcats in 2022, Tripp tracked all data and assisted nutrition staff through all facets of the strength and conditioning program. Tripp also worked with the Bearcats during the 2019 and 2020 seasons. Between stints at Cincinnati, Tripp spent the 2021 season on staff with the Purdue football program.
Tripp also made stops at Michigan State and Maryland as an administrative strength coach after wrapping up his football career at Alma College.
Tripp received his bachelor’s degree from Alma College in 2018 and earned a master’s degree at Michigan State in 2019.
