All students who purchased a student season voucher for Men’s Basketball and/or Men’s Hockey, will have their student vouchers delivered to them via email to electronically download to their mobile device.
- Men’s Hockey vouchers will be sent via email to all students who’ve purchased on: October 16
- Men’s Basketball vouchers will be sent via email to all students who’ve purchased on: October 29
Student Vouchers will be sent to the email address on file associated with your Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office account, that can be accessed using your Student ID number and password associated with your account.
Step 1
DOWNLOAD your Mobile Student Vouchers
You will receive an email from the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office (tickets@athletics.wisc.edu) with a link to your mobile student voucher for each game. The entire student season voucher will be available to be accessed via the email you’ll receive, based on the delivery dates listed above. Click on the individual game links to add your mobile student voucher to your wallet or download to your mobile device.
We encourage you to download prior to the event, due to potential connectivity issues. Student vouchers must be presented on your mobile device and will not be accepted on paper, mobile student vouchers are optimized for display on mobile device only.
Step 2
ACCESS your Mobile Student Vouchers
On gameday, present your mobile student voucher at the Student Gate at the Kohl Center for entrance. Please ensure you have downloaded your mobile student voucher prior to attending the event to be ready to scan upon entry, at which time you will be given a reserved seat ticket for the Student Section.
Choose an Option to Download Your Mobile Student Vouchers
Please note that you have two options to download your mobile student vouchers.
Option 1: Mobile PDF Download
- One .pdf link is provided per event.
- Please open the PDF files on your device prior to entry so they may be scanned.
- You may swipe or scroll down in the PDF to access all of the student vouchers.
- Your mobile device will need to have a PDF reader installed in order to view your student vouchers.
Option 2: Apple Passbook Download
- Select each individual student voucher to add it to your Apple Passbook application.
- Please open your Passbook application and select your tickets prior to entry so they can be scanned, and to not hold up the entry process.
- If you add multiple student vouchers to your Passbook App you may swipe side to side to access all of the student vouchers
- In the event you are unable to add your student vouchers to the Passbook application, please use the mobile PDF download.
Important Reminders for your Mobile Student Vouchers
- Please be sure to bring your mobile device with you to the event, as you will need to present the student voucher on your mobile device for entry.
- Please download your student voucher in advance, prior to attending the event to have them ready to scan upon entry.
- Each student voucher is individually barcoded and required for admission.
- Please do not print the attachment on paper, student vouchers will not be accepted on paper. The download of barcoded student voucher(s) are optimized for display on a mobile device only.
- Treat Mobile student vouchers as you would any other valuable or cash. Unauthorized duplication or sale of this student voucher may prevent your admittance to the event.
Re-Issue Mobile Student Voucher
In the event you do not receive the email containing your mobile student voucher, you may click here to your student account, using your Student ID number and password associated with your student account. Upon logging into your account, you will see the option to re-issue your student vouchers.
