Badgers travel to Evanston for postseason action

MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin wrestling travels to compete in the Big Ten Championships, hosted by Northwestern in Evanston, Ill., this Saturday, Mar. 8 and Sunday, Mar. 9

There will be four sessions of the Big Ten Championships:

Saturday, 10:00 a.m. CT - Session I
Saturday, 5:00 p.m. CT - Session II
- Saturday, 7:00 p.m. CT - Semifinals
Sunday, 12:00 p.m. CT - Session III
- Consolation semifinals, 7th place matches
Sunday, 4:30 p.m. CT - Session IV
- 1st, 3rd and 5th place matches

Big Ten Network and B1G+ will provide live linear and streaming coverage of all four sessions, with Big Ten Network linear coverage also available on the FOX Sports App, while Big Ten Network+ matches can be streamed at bigtenplus.com.

Seedings:
Three Badgers were seeded in the top ten in the tournament.
Zan Fugitt was seeded 7th in 133 with a 16-5 overall record. Nicolar Rivera was seeded 8th in 125 with a 17-3 overall record. And Luke Condon was seeded 9th in 174 with a 14-9 overall record.

The Badgers will be competing to qualify for the NCAA Championships. The NCAA D1 Championships will be hosted at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from March 20-22, 2025.
