Badgers win all three events
MADISON, Wis. – The men's Wisconsin swim team took home first place in the first three events of the Badger Invite on Friday afternoon at Soderholm Aquatic Center.Â
Charlie Jones earned a new personal best in the 500 freestyle, earning an NCAA "B" cut with a time of 4:18.47.
Chris Morris finished first in the 200 IM in 1:44.24, with Matthew Segal finishing second with a time of 1:50.80 and Jack Skarda third in 1:52.31.Â
In the final event of the day, Taiko Torepe-Ormsby took home first in the 50 free with a time of 19.76. Andrew Benson was right behind him with a finish of 19.91.Â
