2. TOP LINE, TOP NATION: The Badgers' top line of senior Abby Roque, sophomore Sophie Shirley and junior Daryl Watts have scored 47 goals combined this year which is more than the last 27 teams in the nation have scored this year. All three players of the elite line hold the nation's top three point scorer slots. Sophie Shirley, the 2019 WCHA Rookie of the Year, ranks second with 36 points while Abby Roque ranks third with 35.
Junior Daryl Watts, the 2018 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award winner, leads the country in points (44) and assists (27), while her 17 goals are the second-most in the NCAA.
The Badgers also lead the country in scoring offense, averaging 5.22 goals per game. Wisconsin also leads the country in shots on goal per game as UW averages 42.61 shots on net per contest.
