November 26, 2007 | Men's Basketball
The Wisconsin men's basketball team (5-0) travels to Durham, N.C. to take on the Duke Blue Devils (6-0) in the Big Ten-ACC Challenge. The game on Tuesday, Nov. 27, can be seen live on ESPN at 8 p.m. CT. Fans can also listen to the game on the Badger Radio Network, including 1310 AM in Madison.
This will be the first meeting between the two programs, who combined, own a 184-12 record in home games over the last seven years. Head coaches, Bo Ryan and Mike Krzyzewski are currently second and third respectively in career winning percentage among active coaches with at least 500 wins.
Cameron Indoor Stadium is known as one of the nation's toughest places to play. The small arena, capacity only 9,314, is one of college basketball's most famous venues. With an 85-7 record at home over the last seven years, the Blue Devil will have history on their side as Wisconsin visits Tuesday night.
The Badgers are 3-5 all-time in the Big Ten-ACC Challenge, while Duke is undefeated. Last year, Wisconsin beat Florida State 81-66 in the challenge at the Kohl Center. The Badgers will be looking for their first win on the road in the challenge, entering the game with a 0-4 record.
Duke is coming off a 78-43 win over Eastern Kentucky on Sunday, where Taylor King scored 27 points, including six 3-pointers.
