• Second-team All-American (just the second All-American in program history) in 1996
• Two-time First-Team All-Big ten (1995 and 1996) and Second-team All-Big Ten in 1994
• Three-time AVCA All-Region (1994-1996)
• Two-time Olympic festival participant (1994 and 1995)
• Olympic festival team captain and silver medalist in 1995
• Graduated as the career record holder for double-doubles (61), assists (5,833), and single-season assists (1,653)
• Held the all-time UW career assist record (5,833) for 25 years
• Ended career ranked in the top 10 for assists, service aces, digs, block assists, total blocks, and double-doubles
• Eleven-time All-Tournament honoree
• Aided the Badgers to three NCAA tournament appearances, including a Sweet 16 and top-ten finish in 1996
• Led the Badgers to the 1995 NIVC National Championship
• 1995 NIVC National Championship Most Valuable Player
• Played two years professionally: one season with the Wisconsin Fury in the National Volleyball Association and one season for Volco Ommen in the Netherlands, winning the Dutch National Cup
• Served as an Assistant Coach at Michigan State during the 1999 and 2000 seasons
