Hallie Utter joined the Badgers as the football digital media coordinator in September 2024. She serves as the team’s social media manager and assists with content creation and photography.
Utter previously worked at Oregon State University as the Assistant Director of Football Digital & Social Media. There, she spearheaded Beaver Football’s photography efforts, assisted with developing their social media presence and growing engagement, and created content for both the team and their recruiting department.
Utter completed her undergraduate degree at Oregon State in Digital Communications in 2022. While completing her degree, she spent all four years as a lead social media and photography intern for Oregon State Athletics, working directly with football in the spring of 2022 before transitioning into a full-time role.
A Bend, Ore. native, Utter currently lives in the Madison area with her cat Loki.
