Panella arrives in Madison as one of Western New York's most decorated midfielders. The MMHSAA 2025 Player of the Year, she is a three-time All-Catholic, three-time All-WNY selection, a 2024 Championship MVP, and the All-Bee 2025 Player of the Year. She holds both the single-game and single-season assist records at St. Mary's.
At the club level, Panella played for WNY Flash Academy, earning three Ohio Valley All-Conference selections, an ECNL Conference Cup selection, and a spot in the ECNL National Selection Game (St. Louis). She also earned All-WNY Player of the Year honors and United Soccer Coaches All-American.
