Personal: Parents are Mark and Molly Burke … has one sister, Maggie … father is a project manager and mother is a public affairs representative … sister attends Marquette University … intended major is communication sciences and disorders
Reason for choosing UW-Madison: I chose the University of Wisconsin-Madison because it has everything I hoped would encompass my college experience. UW-Madison exudes tradition, pride, and academic excellence.
What Wisconsin rowing means to you: Rowing for UW-Madison is an honor and I take great pride in knowing that we are all committed to working hard every day on and off the water. I row to challenge myself, physically and mentally, because in the end it is the most rewarding feeling to know I have worked my hardest.
