Levy, concessions and premium services partner of UW Athletics, provides services to all Athletic Facilities on the UW-Madison campus, which primarily include the Kohl Center and Camp Randall Stadium. The main areas of employment are:

University Ridge Golf Course Team Members: As a member of the University Ridge team you will provide serving and bartending assistance to our customers in the club house, beverage cart service to players on the course, and food and beverage service to corporate golf outings. Availability to work must be from May through October with September and October having part time hours. This position also includes working part time for the Premium Team during the fall and winter.

Premium Services Team Members: As a member of the Levy Premium Department you will be providing an unforgettable game day experience for our guests. Working in both Kohl Center and Camp Randall, you will enjoy outstanding flexibility and networking opportunities within the various positions we offer. Premium Services, which includes Club Seating as well as Luxury Suites, will give you the option of working one event, to as many as your schedule will allow per week.

Catering Team Members: These team members provide superior food and beverage service to all our guests at their events. Responsibilities are shaped largely by the requirements of each unique event. For example, catering team members might assist with room set-up, preparation, assisting guests and breakdown. Some catered events that staff will work are team banquets, game day suites and other game day areas, corporate events and many other receptions. Serving and bartending experience is helpful, but not required.

Student Athlete Dining Team Members: This unit serves the UW student-athletes through a nutritionally-focused meal plan. Responsibilities include setting up, maintaining, and break down for a buffet style dining room for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks in a dining room setting. Nutrition, dietetics, and food service majors are encouraged to apply, but not imperative for qualifications.

Culinary Team Members: Assist the Chefs at Camp Randall Stadium and the Kohl Center kitchens and learn culinary skills while providing an exceptional game day experience for our guests, nutritional meals for our student-athletes and food service for dinners, receptions, and hospitality events. Duties include food preparation, cooking, baking and final presentation for all types of events throughout the year.
