Ivri named to CSC Academic All-America Third Team

Sophomore earns prestigious national academic honor
MADISON, Wis. – Wisconsin men's track and field standout Matan Ivri was named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Team, recognizing his athletic and academic achievements throughout the season.
The CSC honors the nation's top student-athletes with this award for their performance on and off the track. A computer sciences major, Ivri holds a 3.82 grade-point average.
The award comes just weeks after Ivri finished fifth in the 1500 meters at the NCAA Championships en route to earning first-team All-America honors. He also finished third in the 5000 meters at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships and had a pair of runner-up finishes at the Big Ten Indoor Championships.
In addition, Ivri earned first-team All-Big Ten honors after collecting a top-10 finish at the Big Ten Cross Country Championships.
