Benjamin Cook:
"We had good improvement from day one to day two. We could've just rolled over after the afternoon yesterday, but put down a solid piece this morning. In the coming weeks, we'll improve our base in the second half, hold from that middle move, and be even more deliberate during our sprint."
Up next: Â UW will head to Vermont to compete in the Lake Morey Invite on Saturday and Sunday, April 25 and 26.
