Wisconsin opens postseason play March 19 at Oregon State.

MADISON - The Wisconsin women's basketball team has earned a No. 3 seed in the Women's Basketball Invitation Tournament (WBIT), marking the program's first appearance in the tournament.

The Badgers will travel west to face the Oregon State Beavers (23-11) on March 19 in Corvallis. The game will stream on ESPN+, with tip-off time to be announced later.

The selection also marks the Badgers' first postseason appearance since the 2023-24 season, when Wisconsin advanced to the Great Eight of the Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT).

UW will look to become the third-straight team from the Big Ten Conference to capture the WBIT title, following championships by Illinois in 2024 and Minnesota in 2025.
