Head Coach Mark Johnson:
On playing in front a record-breaking crowd:
"To have that type of crowd in front of our teams, it's outstanding. It's a tribute to our fans and the support. They're willing to give us an opportunity to play in front of a big crowd. I can't thank them enough, just disappointed that we weren't able to energize the building."
On looking ahead to Saturday's game:
"In tomorrow's game, who is gonna score first? That's probably going to dictate a lot of things. We really need to come out and try to create some chances."
Fifth-year senior Nicole LaMantia:
On dealing with a tough streak of games:
"We've never really dealt with a situation like this at any point in our career here, and I think it just comes down to just being strong off the ice and coming together in these times. Never in our locker room do we have people turning on each other and things like that, it's always 'What can I do better?' and just trying to get feedback from each other."Â
