“Fill the Bowl” to recognize First Responders and Military

Tickets for Kohl Center game to go on sale Oct. 30
MADISON Wis. – The University of Wisconsin women's hockey program will host the sixth edition of "Fill the Bowl" on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2020, and this year's event will recognize the efforts of first responders and active duty and retired military personnel.
"As I look at it, it's a way to thank all of our first responders and military members, not only in Madison but in our surrounding communities and in the state" UW head coach Mark Johnson said. "It's an opportunity within our community to get as many first responders and military members into the building and not only honor them, but more importantly thank them for their service."
Tickets will go on sale to the public on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 8:30 a.m. on UWBadgers.com as the Badgers look to match their NCAA record attendance of 15,359 set at the 2017 "Fill the Bowl" game against St. Cloud State.
Like in 2017, the entire Kohl Center is reserved seating and all tickets are just $2. All UW students will receive free admission with a valid UW ID while supplies last.
Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to avoid missing out on this year's event. Purchase your tickets ahead of Feb. 16 and let's "Fill the Bowl" and help recognize the efforts of the first responders and military personnel in our community.
