MADISON, Wis. – Sign up today for the annual Wisconsin Women's Basketball 101 on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017. This free event will be held in the Kohl Center from 5 – 7 p.m., as players and coaches from the Badger women's basketball team will help teach the game of basketball to 200 youth (eighth grade or younger*) participants.
The tentative schedule** of the event is as follows:
4:30 p.m. - Doors open at Gate B of the Kohl Center
5 p.m. - One hour on-court skills practice with the players and coaches Â
6 p.m. - One-hour pizza party on the concourse at Gate A
At the event, each youth participant will receive two complimentary general admission tickets to the Purdue game on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. This game tips off at 7 p.m., in the Kohl Center.
Registration for the event is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to the first 200 participants, so don't delay and register here now!
*Per NCAA compliance, all participants must be in eight grade or younger.
