- The Badgers lost their first overtime game of the season. Wisconsin won two straight overtime games in late December and early January, defeating Green Bay 65-61 and Illinois 76-64 in OT.

Individual Notes
- Three Badgers scored in double figures, led by a game-high 24 from Michala Johnson. The 6-3 post had just two points at the half and scored UW’s first eight points in the overtime period. She was 11-20 from the field (55 percent), taking an individual season-high attempts. Johnson also tied her career high with three blocks.
- Senior Taylor Wurtz picked up her second-straight double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. It was her team-best sixth double-double of the season and the 14th of her career. The 6-0 guard took a career-high 19 field goal attempts.
- Junior Jacki Gulczynski pulled down 10 rebounds, her third-straight game with double-figure rebounds.
