- The Badgers improve to 9-7 overall and 2-2 in the Big Ten, moving up to a tie for sixth in the conference standings.
- Wisconsin recorded a season-high nine blocks with six coming from junior Jacki Gulczynski. Freshman Malayna Johnson added two blocks.
- UW shot just 37.9 percent (22-of-58) from the field, its second-lowest field goal percentage of the season.
- The Badgers missed their first eight shots of the game.
- Indiana made just three 3-point field goals, which ties for second on the opponent single game low list this season. The Hoosiers shot just .158 (3-of-19) from behind the arc.
- The two teams combined to score 10 points in the final 46 seconds of the game. The Badgers led 60-55 with 46 seconds to play with the Hoosiers cutting the lead to one (61-60) with 21 seconds left. Wisconsin scored the last four points for the win.

Individual Notes
- Junior Jacki Gulczynski scored a season-high 23 points to lead all players. The 6-1 forward recorded the third double-double of the season and eighth of her career, adding a game-high 13 rebounds. She was 8-of-14 (57.1 percent) from the field, including tying her career high with four 3-pointers. Gulczynski also had a career-high six blocks and added two assists and one steal in 34 minutes of play.
- Sophomore Dakota Whyte came off the bench to score 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting (75 percent) from field. The 5-8 guard also added five rebounds, three assists and tied her career best with three steals. Her field goal percentage is the second highest by a Badger player this season.
- Despite struggling with her shooting, senior Morgan Paige finished with 11 points. The 5-9 guard was 2-of-12 from the field, including 2-of-7 from 3-point range. She went 5-of-6 from the free throw line, including two makes with 21 seconds left to give the Badgers a 63-60 lead.
- Freshman Malayna Johnson played 14 minutes as her older sister Michala was in early foul trouble. The younger Johnson finished with a career best one steal and added two blocks.
