Team Notes

The Badgers shot a season-low 32.1 percent (17-53) from the field, including a season-low 22.7 percent (5-22) from 3-point range. Wisconsin was just 9-31 (.290) from the field in the first half and made just 1-9 (.111) 3-pointers in the second period. UW’s 17 field goals made were a season low while its 55 points was also a season low.

Wisconsin tied a season-high with 16 free throw makes and 22 free throw attempts. UW finished the night 16-22 from the line for 72.7 percent.

Gonzaga made an opponent season-high seven 3-pointers and shot an opponent season best 46.7 percent (7-15) from behind the arc.

Individual Notes

Senior Morgan Paige led all players at the free throw line, going 11-14 for 78.6 percent. Her attempts were a career high.

Junior Michala Johnson went 4-6 from the free throw line, setting career highs for both makes and attempts.
