Team Notes
•    Wisconsin has now won six straight games and improved to 10-2 on the season and 7-0 at the Kohl Center.

•    Overall, the Badgers have won 10 consecutive home games and 15 straight against non-conference opponents at the Kohl Center.

•    Under head coach Bo Ryan, the Badgers are 109-35 (.757) in regular-season non-conference games overall and 74-5 (.937) in such games at the Kohl Center.

•    Saturday’s sellout crowd marked the 129th consecutive sellout at the Kohl Center.

•    Wisconsin’s 47 points in the first half qualified as UW’s biggest first half of the season, surpassing the 44 points Wisconsin scored in the opening stanza against NC State (Dec. 1, 2010).

•    The Badgers finished with 5 turnovers, marking their third game this season with 5 or fewer. UW improved its nation-leading average of turnovers per game to 9.08.  

3-Point Notes
•    The Badgers set a school record with 17 3-pointers vs. Coppin State, breaking the previous record of 15 set vs. Missouri on March 19, 1994 and Alcorn State on Dec. 29, 1992.

•    Wisconsin’s 11 3-pointers in the first half tied the school record for treys in a half, equaling the 11 that UW hit in the second half at Eastern Michigan on Dec. 10, 1994.

•    The Badgers’ 38 attempts from 3-point range is the second-highest total in school history, trailing the record of 40 set vs. Temple on Dec. 3, 2001.

Defensive Notes
•    The Badgers held Coppin State to just 56 points, marking the ninth time in 12 games this season UW has held an opponent under 60 points. Wisconsin is 8-1 in such games.

•    Wisconsin has now held its opponent below 70 points in 31 consecutive home games (excluding overtime). That is tied with Ohio State as the longest streak in the nation.

Individual Notes
•    With 19 points Thursday night, senior Jon Leuer now has 993 career points. He needs 7 points to become the 36th player in Wisconsin history – and 10th player in Bo Ryan’s 10 seasons at UW -- to score 1,000 career points.

•    Junior Jordan Taylor tied for the game high with 19 points, his 11th double-digit scoring performance in 12 games this season, on a career-best 4 3-pointers. He also matched his career high with 3 steals and posted a career-best two blocks.

•    The Badgers’ starting backcourt of Taylor and freshman Josh Gasser combined for 10 assists and no turnovers.

•    Senior Tim Jarmusz scored a career-high 12 points on 4-for-5 shooting from 3-point range.

•    Sophomore Mike Bruesewitz tallied a career-high 6 assists.
