Team USA continues the Qwest Tour
        
        Just two weeks after landing in the U.S. after the 2009 Four Nations Championships, Team        USA hit the road for another Qwest Tour game.
        
        This time, the red, white and blue traveled to Durham, N.H. and shutout the Hockey East        All-Stars, 4-0 to advance to 3-1-0 in Qwest Tour play.
        
        Weiland scored United State’s second goal in the victory with 2:14 left in the        second period when she pushed the puck in from the left post past Hockey East’s        Genevieve Lacasse.
        
        Wisconsin graduate Angie Keseley (2009) recorded an assist in the victory.

        U.S. faces Canada
        
        Team USA will continue Qwest Tour play on Dec. 12 when the teams meet at the Magness Arena        in  Denver, Colo. at 8:05 (CT).
        
        After a short break holiday break, the U.S. hosts Canada at the Xcel Energy Center in St.        Paul, Minn. on Dec. 30 at 7:05 (CT).

        Team USA falls to Canada in 2009 Four Nations Cup
        
        Game 1, Nov. 3: United States 4, Finland 0
        
        Former and current Badgers had a hand in every goal scored in the victory including goals        from Erika Lawler (2009), Jinelle Zaugg-Siergiej (2008) and current Wisconsin Badger Hilary Knight        (Hanover, N.H.).
        
        In addition, Knight tallied two assists and Zaugg-Siergiej and Kerry Weiland (2003) also        finished with one apiece.
        
        After Knights impressive three points (two assists, one goal), the current UW standout was        named the U.S. Player of the Game.

Game 2, Nov. 4: United States 3, Sweden 2
        
        Former Badger and Sportswoman of the Year, Jessie Vetter (2009) recorded 16 saves in the        victory.
        
        In addition, former Badger Molly Engstrom (2005) notched the secondary assist in Team        USA’s first goal, scored by Monique Lamoureux.

Game 3, Nov. 6: United States 3, Canada 2
        
        In the final preliminary-round game against Canada, once again, current and former Badgers        contributed towards each goal scored by Team USA to advance them to a 3-2 victory over        Canada.
        
        Knight tallied an assist and a goal and Duggan found the back of the net with just 14        seconds left in the second period to seal the victory for the U.S.
        
        Duggan was named U.S. Player of the Game after the triumph.
        
        Vetter finished with 20 saves in net for the United States.

        Championship (Game 4), Nov. 7: Canada 5, United States 1
        
        Team USA concluded the tournament in second place behind border battle rival Canada.
        
        Knight finished as the United State’s top scorer for the tournament with five        goals.
