- Junior Teah Gant had a career-high eight rebounds today. Her previous best was seven rebounds vs. Virginia Tech on Dec. 4, 2008. Gant also scored a season-high 10 points
- The Badgers had multiple players in double-figure scoring for the eighth time this season. Wisconsin had three players in double-digits for the fourth game.
- Sophomore Alyssa Karel led the Badgers in scoring for the seventh game this season. She totaled 18 points, her second-highest point total this season.
- Wisconsin is off to a 10-1 record, equaling the third-best start ever. The Badgers were 16-1 in 2001-02, 13-1 in 1982-83 and 10-1 in 2006-07.
- The Badgers totaled a season-high 45 rebounds and tied their season low with 12 turnovers.
- UW held Marquette to a 23.2 field goal percentage (13-56), the lowest by an opponent this season. The 13 field goals made were also a season low.
- Marquette's field goal percentage of 23.2 (13-56) is a Kohl Center record. The previous low was 25.7 percent by Fairfield on March 15, 2000.
- Wisconsin improves to 6-0 at home this season. The best home record is 12-1 set in 1983-84.
