Ryan Dean enters his first year as the Assistant Director of Creative - Graphic Design in the fall of 2025 after spending the last three years as the Creative Media Designer for Wisconsin Football. Dean serves as the primary graphic designer and photographer for football and the primary graphic designer for men's basketball. 

Dean previously worked at Baylor as the Assistant Director of Creative Media-Football. Dean assisted in Baylor’s social presence, created content and assisted the recruiting department during his time in Waco.

Dean completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Journalism in 2021. While at Nebraska, he spent 3 years working with the Nebraska Football creative team as a graphic design intern working directly with the recruiting department.

During his four years of undergrad, Dean spent two years as a graphic design intern with Striv.tv (2019-2021) as well as a writing and design intern for NebPreps (2021).

Dean, a Milwaukee, Wisconsin native, currently lives in the Madison area with his wife, Emily.
