Kacie Krueger joined the offices of Academic Services and Career & Leadership in 2014. She manages a host of important office functions for both areas and also assists in planning events, such as the Buckinghams, Student-Athlete Career Night, and graduation receptions. In addition to her work with Academic Services and Career & Leadership, she is vital in the planning and hosting of alumni reunions and the Hall of Fame for the W Club.
Prior to joining the Wisconsin Athletic Department, Krueger spent almost two years as a Department Administrator and Events Coordinator at the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In the ten years before coming to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Krueger was a meteorologist at Weather Central, where she forecasted the weather for numerous locations across the United States and around the world.
Krueger is a 2004 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned a B.S. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. She earned her M.S. in Athletic Administration and Student Affairs from UW-Madison in 2017.
Krueger is originally from Fort Atkinson, Wis., and currently lives in Madison with her husband, Austin, and Labrador Retriever Victory and German Sheperd/Velociraptor mix Giles.
