Wisconsin Badgers

Jenna Silvestri joined the Badger football staff in 2025 as Assistant to the Head Coach. A four-year letterwinner in swimming & diving at the University of Wisconsin, she was an NCAA Honorable Mention All-American, a 12-time Big Ten finalist, and an Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

Silvestri earned her Bachelor’s degree in Personal Finance (’22) and Master’s in Sports Leadership (’24) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has worked in athlete partnerships and NIL development with The Varsity Collective and Badger Connect, as well as in sports and event marketing with Wisconsin Distributors and Badger Sports Properties.
