Wisconsin Badgers

Eli Wilke enters his first season as the operations coordinator for Wisconsin men’s basketball in 2025-26 after spending a year as a graduate manager for the program. 

A Beaver Dam native, Wilke plays a key role in the Badgers' recruiting efforts, scouting, and day-to-day operations. In addition, he served as assistant camp director for the Wisconsin Men’s Basketball Summer Camps in 2025. 

Prior to his time at Wisconsin, he was an undergraduate student at the University of Minnesota where he worked with the men’s basketball program for two seasons. While working with the Gophers he gained experience in all facets of the program, spending most of his time working with recruiting and scouting.

Wilke earned his bachelor’s degree at Minnesota in sports management and a minor in leadership. He graduated with distinction while finishing on the dean's list for six of eight semesters.

While at Wisconsin, Wilke is pursuing a master’s degree in sports leadership.
