Rabach, a former Badger and NFL lineman, was elevated to the assistant offensive line coach prior to the 2024 season. Rabach originally joined the program in 2022 as a personnel assistant. 

Under the guidance of Rabach and offensive line coach AJ Blazek, Badgers' offensive tackle Jack Nelson was selected in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Rabach was elevated as the director of scouting in 2023, and went on to play an integral role in the Badgers' recruiting efforts. Rabach helped the Badgers secure the nation's No. 23 recruiting class in 2024 according to 247Sports.
 
Rabach played offensive line from 1996 to 2000 in Madison and 10 seasons in the NFL between stints with the Baltimore Ravens and the Washington Redskins. Rabach was a third round selection in the 2001 NFL draft.
 
After his playing career, Rabach spent time as a player representative with Washington before working in the Green Bay Packers personnel department in 2015.
