She transitioned in 2018 to serve as the primary marketing contact for the men’s hockey program, marking her growing impact within the department.

In 2022, she became the primary marketing contact for the men’s basketball program, working closely with the brand team to deliver an exceptional in-game experience at a packed Kohl Center. The following year, she was promoted to Associate Director, taking on the role of marketing lead for the football program while continuing as Brand Manager for the men’s basketball team. Notably, she is the first woman in Wisconsin Athletics history to oversee marketing for both men’s basketball and football.

Most recently, Doty-Minisce celebrated her promotion to Director of Game Day and Fan Experience. Now, she leads a talented team of four full-time staff members and 12 student interns as they create unforgettable game day moments and elevate the fan experience to new heights.

Before joining Wisconsin Athletics, Doty-Minisce served as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement at the University of Northern Iowa, where she managed marketing efforts for women’s basketball and softball, coordinated licensing, and ran kid’s club activities.

Doty-Minisce began her career as a baseball student manager at the University of South Florida, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Communications in 2013. After graduation, she stayed at USF for an additional year, working as a marketing coordinator for the women’s soccer and baseball programs.
