2016-17 (Wisconsin): Earned two All-America honors at the NCAA Championships after placing sixth in the 1650 free (15:53.22) and seventh in the 500 free (4:38.31), also took 39th in the 400 IM (4:13.93) ... broke the school record in the 400 IM (4:08.33) at the Big Ten Championships to take third, also finished third in the 1,650 free (15:53.16) and sixth in the 500 free (4:38.21) ... won the 500 free (4:51.08) and placed third in the 100 breaststroke (1:07.87) against Green Bay ... won the 500 free (4:44.67) at the Notre Dame Shamrock Invitational, also placed third in the 800 free relay (7:20.95), sixth in the 200 breaststroke (2:20.38) and seventh in the 20 free (1:50.85) ... runner-up in the 500 free (4:45.98) and 400 IM (4:18.36) and took third in the 1,000 free (9:56.09) at USC ... notched four top-10 finishes at the Texas Invitational, runner-up in the 1,650 free (16:00.89), third in the 500 free (4:39.22), fifth in the 400 IM (4:13.39) and 10th in the 800 free relay ... earned a trio of third-place finishes in the 1000-yard freestyle (9:51.57), 500 free (4:48.80), and 200 IM (2:05.02) against Georgia, also took fourth in the 400 IM (4:25.05) ... runner-up in the 400-yard IM (4:24.44), third in the 500 free (4:50.43), and fourth in the 1650 free (16:50.46) at NC State ... gathered a pair of third-place finishes in the 500-yard freestyle (4:53.89) and 1000-yard free (9:58.77) while also finishing fifth in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:32.25) against Minnesota ... earned a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 500-yard freestyle (4:59.54) and the 1000-yard freestyle (10:13.68) vs. Auburn while also taking fifth in the 400-yard IM (4:29.11)
2015-16 (Wisconsin): Set the school record in the 1650 freestyle at the NCAA Championship with a time of 16:00.43 and a seventh-place finish, while also finishing 24th in the 500 freestyle (4:42.81) ... finished fith in the 500-yard freestyle (4:40.10), sixth in the 1,650-yard freestyle (16:04.18), and 11th in the 400-yard IM (4:12.46) at the Big Ten Championship ... won the 1,650-yard freestyle vs. Green Bay with a time of 16:14.76 ... finished third in both the 500- (4:48.86) and 1000-yard (9:54.62) freestyle events at Georgia ... won the 400-yard IM (4:17.09) and the 500- (4:47.39) and 1000-yard (9:45.44) freestyle events at Auburn ... won the 500-yard freestyle (4:44.81) and 1000-yard freestyle (9:43.37) while finishing runner-up in the 400-yard IM (4:19.43) at USC ... finished third in both the 500-yard freestyle (4:41.25) and 1650-yard freestyle (6:14.59), while placing seventh in the 400-yard IM (4:16.99) and 28th in the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.24) at the Texas Invitational ... won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:49.50, the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:47.66, and the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:21.02 at Northwestern ... won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:48.83 and finished runner-up in the 200-yard IM with a personal-best time of 2:03.93 vs. Minnesota.
2014-15 (Wisconsin): Broke the UW 500-yard freestyle record and earned honorable mention All-America honors after placing 12th at the NCAA championships with a time of 4:39.22 ... also placed 14th in the 1650-yard freestyle at the NCAA championships (16:02.82) to pick up the second-best time ever by a Badger ... won the consolation final of the 400-yard individual medley (4:11.25) at the Big Ten championships and owns the third-fastest time in UW history ... also contributed to the 800-yard freestyle relay that placed sixth at the Big Ten championships ... led the team in the 500, 1000 and 1650 freestyle ... made her Wisconsin debut in a dual meet against USC, winning the 1000-yard freestyle in a personal-best time of 9:49.88, which ranked third on UW's all-time performance list, while also winning the 500-yard freestyle.
2013-14 (Florida): 2014 SEC All-Freshman Team ... at the NCAA Championships, finished 25th in the 1650-yard freestyle (16:16.44), 46th in the 500-yard freestyle (4:46.49) and 48th in the 400-yard individual medley (4:19.83) ... at the 2014 SEC Championships, placed fourth in the 1650-yard freestyle (15:53.94), sixth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:49.00) and 12th in the 400-yard individual medley (4:15.22) ... each of Valley's times at the 2014 SEC Championships was a personal best ... earned SEC Freshman Swimmer of the Week honors following her outstanding performance in a dual meet against Alabama where she won the 500-yard freestyle ... earned four individual wins between four dual meets throughout the regular season ... finished 2013-14 ranked on Florida's all-time list for the 500-yard freestyle (7th, 4:39.00) and 1650-yard freestyle (5th, 15:53.94).
National/International Competition: Qualified for the 2012 U.S. Olympic trials in two events ... participated in the American Junior Pan Pacific Championships.
Prep: Ranked as the No. 1 recruit in the state of Florida and No. 15 overall by CollegeSwimming.com ... won the Florida state championship in the 500-yard freestyle ... coached by Peter Hegwein at Lakewood Ranch.
