2023 Indoor: Finished third in the DMR at 9:51.64 at the Indiana University Relays (Jan.27-28)...ran the mile with a time of 4:25.21 at the Larry Wieczorek Invite (Jan.20-21)

2022 Outdoor: Finished 16th in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:00.89 at the Jim Click Shootout (April 8-9)

2022 Indoor: Placed third in the mile in 4:18.56 at the Badgers St. Valentines Open (Feb.18) ... finished ninth in the mile with a time of 4:14.46 at the Windy City Invitational (Feb.11) ... came in 24th in the 800 meters with a personal best time of 1:55.87 at the Indiana Relays (Jan.28)

2021 Outdoor: Placed 29th in the 1500 meters in 3:51.26 at the Big Ten Championships (May 14-16) ... ran a personal best in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:49.22, finishing seventh at the M City Classic (April 30-May 1) ... member of the second-place DMR in 10:00.88 at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays (April 23) ... placed 12th in the 1500 meters in 3:52.72 at the Big Ten Invite #3 (April 16-17) ... won the 1500 meters in 3:56.50 and placed second in the 4x800-meter relay in 7:34.46 at the BIG North Florida Invitational (April 2-3)
