2021 Indoor: Placed first in the 800 meters in 1:53.40 at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational (Feb. 12-13) ... finished ninth in the 800 meters in 1:53.87 and placed third in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:14.66 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (Jan. 22-23) ... placed sixth in the 600 meters in 1:23.19 and finished first in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:18.44 at the Badger Icebreaker (Jan. 16)

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19

2020 Indoor: Ran the 800-meter leg on the school-record distance medley relay that ran 9:25.84 at the Alex Wilson Invitational (Feb. 22) ... placed third in the 800 meters at the Big Ten Championships (Feb. 28-29) in 1:49.10 ... also a member of the 10th place 4x400-meter relay in 3:15.66 at the Big Ten Championships ... ran a personal-best time of 1:48.94 in the 800 meters to place third at the Husky Classic (Feb. 15)... placed eighth in the 800 meters in 1:51.19 at the Indiana Relays (Jan. 31) ... placed ninth in the 600 meters in 1:18.97 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 7-8)

2019 Outdoor: Finished 28th in the 800 meters in 1:57.24 at the Big Ten Championships (May 11) ... finished runner-up in the 800 meters with an outdoor personal best time of 1:49.95 at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (May 3) ... took 28th overall in the 800 meters in 1:50.72 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/19) ... competed in the premier section of the 800 meters, where he finished 13th overall with a time of 1:51.29 at the Sun Angel Classic (4/6)

2019 Indoor: Ran a qualifying time of 1:50.88 in the preliminary heat of the 800 meters to advance to the finals, where he took eighth in 1:56.39 at the Big Ten Championships (2/22-23) ... competed in the 800 meters, finishing 23rd overall with a time of 1:51.84 at the Iowa State Classic (2/8-9) ... took fourth in the 800 meters with a personal best time of 1:50.49 and helped the Wisconsin "B" 4x400 relay team to a ninth place finish with an overall time of 3:21.15 at the Indiana Relays (1/25-26) ... finished fourth overall in the premier 800 meters race with a time of 1:52.23 and also helped the Wisconsin "C" 4x400-meter relay to a fifth-place finish with an overall time of 3:22.88 at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational (1/18-19) ... won the 600 meters in 1:20.86 and also helped the 4x400 relay win in 3:26.08 at the Badger Icebreaker (1/12)

2018 Outdoor: Competing unattached, ran the 800 meters with a time of 1:57.50 at the Wisconsin Twilight meet (5/4)

High School: Runner-up in the 800 meters at the WIAA Division I State Championships while also competing in the 4x200 and 4x400 relays ... won the 800 meters at the Badger South Conference meet ... finished fourth in the 800 at the Midwest Distance Classic … as a junior, was runner-up in the 800 meters and seventh in the 4x400 relay at the state meet ... finished runner-up in the 800 and 1600 meters and won the 4x400 relay at the conference meet as a junior … earned a conference crown in the 4x400 sophomore year
