             2012: Finished 13th overall with a time of 23:41 (6k) at the Warhawk            Invitational (9/15) while competing unattached ... placed 33rd at season-opening Badger            Opener (9/7) while competing unattached, finishing in a time of 19:09 (5K)

             Three-time cross country all-state and two-time track and field all-state in the 4x400            relay ... two-time cross country all-conference ... three-time Division II Cross            Country State Championship team ... as a senior, was voted team captain and team MVP            ... placed 10th overall at the 2011 Michigan State Cross Country Championship with a            time of 18:30 ... three-time track and field all-conference ... as a senior, was            conference champion in the mile ... at the Track and Field State Championships was part            of 4x800 relay that placed first and the 4x400 relay that placed second ... graduated            summa cum laude
