Wisconsin Women’s Swim & Dive team begin their season ranked No. 14 in preseason poll

The CSCAA ranked the Badgers No. 14 in the Division I Women’s rankings
Madison, Wis. — The Wisconsin Women's Swim & Dive team ranked No. 14 on the preseason poll released by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America on Thursday.
The Badgers received 114 points in the rankings, placed between No. 13 Southern California (131) and No. 15 Alabama (106). Virginia unanimously earned 250 points to lead the Division I Women's rankings.
The team returns swimmers All-Americans in Hailey Tierney and Maggie Wanezek as well as diver Ryane Neal.
Wisconsin will compete in an intrasquad meet at home on Friday, Sept. 25.
