New loyalty program rewards fans for supporting the Badgers
MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin Athletics announced today the launch of Badger Fan Rewards, a free loyalty program that rewards fans for engagement and support.
Available through the Wisconsin Badgers app, Badger Fan Rewards offers fans the opportunity to earn points for attending games, purchasing concessions, completing trivia and surveys, catching up on news and watching videos.
Once points are earned, fans can then use points toward eligible prizes, including discounted concessions, fan experiences and behind-the-scenes opportunities.
Badger Fan Rewards is available now for the women's basketball and women's hockey 2026-27 season. Expansion to all Wisconsin sports is planned for the 2027-28 season. Any fan can use Badger Fan Rewards, but attendance and prizes will only be associated with these two sports for the 2026-27 season.
"We're always looking for ways to strengthen the connection between fans and the Badgers," said Mitchell Pinta, Deputy Athletic Director/Chief Revenue Officer. "Badger Fan Rewards creates new opportunities for fans to engage with our programs and be recognized for their support. We're excited to launch the program with women's basketball and women's hockey this season and continue finding ways to reward the passion our fans bring to Badger sports."
"Wisconsin fans are some of the most passionate fans in college sports, and Badger Fan Rewards is built to honor that loyalty," said Jonathan Dusing, Founder and CEO of Fanmaker. "Fans earn points for attending games, purchasing concessions, and engaging with the Badgers all season long, unlocking exclusive prizes and experiences along the way. It's great to partner with a university that truly values and celebrates its fans."
Fans can get started by downloading the free Wisconsin Badgers app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Current app users can access the program by selecting the "Rewards" tab at the bottom of the screen. Fans should use the same email address associated with their Paciolan account to ensure their accounts are connected for ticket-related rewards.
Once enrolled, fans can begin earning points by checking in at eligible women's basketball and women's hockey events, participating in digital activities and scanning the QR code before paying at concessions. Fans can also earn attendance points automatically when their ticket is scanned at the gate. Point values vary by activity and event, and bonus points may be available for arriving early, staying through an event, or attending multiple events within a specific time period.
