FOOTBALL (3-0 Overall, 1-0 B1G)
- This Week: Eighth-ranked Wisconsin (3-0, 1-0 Big Ten) looks to continue its early-season success behind the nation's No. 1 defense and Heisman Trophy contender Jonathan Taylor when it welcomes Big Ten West Division foe Northwestern (1-2, 0-1) to Camp Randall Stadium on Saturday.
- Last Week: The Badgers were dominant in a 35-14 win over then-No. 11 Michigan, holding the Wolverines under 300 total yards and without a third-down conversion. Jonathan Taylor rolled for 203 rushing yards and two touchdowns, with QB Jack Coan adding a pair of rushing TDs and 13-for-16 passing effort.
- Good to Know: The Badgers have won two of their last three meetings with the Wildcats overall, and five of the teams' last six clashes at Camp Randall.
- Need to Know: Saturday's game kicks off at 11 a.m. (CT) and airs live on ABC, with Bob Wischusen, Dan Orlovsky and Allison Williams on the call. Matt Lepay, Mike Lucas, Mark Tauscher and Patrick Herb will call the game statewide on the Badger Sports Network and worldwide via iHeartRadio. VOLLEYBALL (4-4 Overall, 0-0 B1G)
- This Week: No. 9 Wisconsin opens the Big Ten season with three straight home matches, playing two this weekend. The Badgers kick off conference play on Friday when No. 21 Purdue (8-1, 0-0) comes to the Field House for the 28th-annual Steve Lowe Night. First serve is at 7 p.m. The Badgers also host Indiana (11-2, 0-0) on Sunday at 1 p.m.
- Last Week: UW dropped two matches to No. 10 Washington in a home-and-home series. Junior Sydney Hilley recorded her 3,000th career assist against the Huskies on Sept. 19. She's the ninth Badger setter to tally 3,000 career helpers.
- Good to Know: Steve Lowe (UW head coach 1986-90) guided the Badgers to their first Big Ten title, first NCAA tournament appearance and first national ranking in 1990. He passed away from lung cancer in 1991 despite never smoking. UW honors Lowe in its Big Ten home opener every year and also recognizes him with an endowed scholarship, awarded this year to senior M.E. Dodge.

WOMEN'S HOCKEY (0-0-0 Overall, 0-0-0 WCHA)
- This Week: The No. 1 Badgers begin their quest for a sixth NCAA title with a road series at Lindenwood. UW and LU will meet on Friday at 7:10 p.m. in Maryland Heights, Missouri, before wrapping up on Saturday at 1 p.m.
- Last Year: Wisconsin won its fifth national championship during the 2018-19 season and its eighth WCHA playoff crown. The Badgers were led by Annie Pankowski, a first-team All-American, and netminder Kristen Campbell, who led the NCAA in wins, shutouts and goals-against average.
- Good to Know: UW welcomed six new faces to its roster this year, including 2018 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award recipient Daryl Watts. Watts became the first freshman to win the highest individual honor in NCAA women's college hockey after racking up 82 points and 40 goals during the 2017-18 season.
- Need to Know: Both games this weekend can be seen online via Stretch Internet and fans can follow the action on Twitter (@BadgerWHockey).

MEN'S SOCCER (2-5-0 Overall, 0-1-0 B1G)
- This Week: The Badgers will host a pair of matches at McClimon Soccer Complex. First up, UW will play in-state rival Marquette on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Friday's match welcomes Big Ten opponent and defending NCAA champion Maryland at 7:30 p.m. and will close UW's 'Pac the Mac' doubleheader.
- Last Week: In their solo game of the week, Wisconsin lost a hard-fought game at No. 4 Indiana, the Big Ten conference preseason favorite. The game was 1-1 in the 76th minute, but the Hoosiers took the lead shortly after before closing out the game with a goal in the final 10 seconds for a 3-1 final in Bloomington.
- Good to Know: Sophomore Matthew Comiskey scored his first career goal off a header from the assist of Elan Koenig and Michael Russell II.
- Need to Know: All tickets are for Friday's Pac the Mac are $1, giving admission to the women's game at 5:30 p.m. followed by the men's at 7:30 p.m. Live streaming will be available on BTN+ ($) for both games. Be sure to follow Instagram and Twitter to keep up with the team (@badgermsoccer).

WOMEN'S SOCCER (6-2-1 Overall, 2-0-0 B1G)
- This Week: After opening Big Ten play with a pair of wins, the Badgers return to Madison for a three-game homestand at the McClimon Complex. UW hosts Ohio State on Friday in a 5 p.m. contest that is the first half of the Pac the Mac doubleheader with men's soccer. The Badgers will continue their homestand on Sunday with a noon contest against reigning Big Ten regular-season champion Penn State.
- Last Week: Wisconsin blitzed Maryland, 3-0, on Friday before earning a thrilling 2-1 overtime win at No. 13 Rutgers on Sunday. Dani Rhodes scored twice during the weekend, including the game-winning penalty kick in Sunday's triumph.
- Good to Know: The Badgers enter the weekend with an 11-game unbeaten streak at McClimon and have a perfect 3-0-0 record at home this year.
- Need to Know: Friday's game can be seen online via BTN+ ($) while Sunday's contest will be shown live on ESPNU. Fans can also follow the matches on Twitter (@BadgerWSoccer).

MEN'S GOLF
- This Week: The Badgers compete for the second time this season, traveling to Cincinnati for the Bearcat Invitational on Sept. 30-Oct. 1.
- Last Week: The Badgers finished 11th out of 16 teams when they hosted the Badger Invitational on Sept. 8-10 at University Ridge. Junior Sam Anderson led the team as he finished in ninth place with a 54-hole total of 210.
- Good to Know: Wisconsin has a busy schedule this upcoming month including the Marquette Intercollegiate at Erin Hills, the Pleasantview Invitational and the Musketeer Classic
